I am a contractor for Martin & Co in Bath, and they are always very professional, helpful, fast to respond and deal with accounts, and a general pleasure to work with and for. We deal mostly with Caroline, who is always fantastic, but anyone in the office that we speak to or deal with is always the same, they are all as nice and professional as each other.

I have dealt with multiple different letting agent companies, and so far Martin & Co are the best! They have been incredibly efficient in every way, they have also been the kindest and most helpful agents I have dealt with. As an extra pro; the referencing company they use for all of their checks is also the quickest and most hassle free I have experienced. I couldn’t recommend Martin & Co enough !!
